My story
Hello! I'm Ellie and if you may have guessed by the business name, I am a coeliac who loves to bake.
My gluten free journey started in 2018 following my diagnosis, and what started as a challenge soon turned into a passion. Over the years, I've perfected recipes that are so delicious, friends and family often question whether they are gluten free!
A lot of persuasion later, and here I am hoping to share my creations with those who also struggle to find tasty treats (minus the gluten, never the taste).
I have completed Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety, Level 2 HACCP and have been given a 5 star Food Hygiene rating from the local council ⭐️
