My story

Hello! I'm Ellie and if you may have guessed by the business name, I am a coeliac who loves to bake.

My gluten free journey started in 2018 following my diagnosis, and what started as a challenge soon turned into a passion. Over the years, I've perfected recipes that are so delicious, friends and family often question whether they are gluten free!

A lot of persuasion later, and here I am hoping to share my creations with those who also struggle to find tasty treats (minus the gluten, never the taste).

I have completed Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety, Level 2 HACCP and have been given a 5 star Food Hygiene rating from the local council ⭐️

The packaging is adorable and for the most important part they taste amazing! Gluten free who? You would never be able to tell. The best gluten free brownies!

The best gluten free brownies I’ve eaten. So moreish, the lemon meringue my favourite absolutely lovely. Nicely presented and packaged too, adds a touch of quality and shows the care and attention they have for their product. I will definitely be a regular customer!
