We are trying to sort this issue as quickly as possible, but in the meantime, if you clear your cache history, this seems to stop the problem. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will create an order our end and send this to you.
Is everything you sell gluten free?
Absolutely. Our kitchen is entirely gluten free and so there is no risk of cross contamination from our bakes.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Do you cater to other allergens?
Unfortunately we do not currently, and all of our products contain eggs, milk and most contain nuts. However, we are hopeful that if we get enough interest, we can look to sell some that are free from milk and eggs and have been conversing with our local Environmental Health team to ensure I can cater to such allergens. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you :)
How long will it be before I receive my order?
On the day you place your order, the banner at the top of any page of the website will give a window of the next available dates for baking and dispatching. Unfortunately, this is a side business and run by shift workers - so our set rest days will be spent in the kitchen.
I want my order on a specific day...
As baking and dispatching occurs on set days, we cannot guarantee a specific date. However, if you are wishing for a specific date for a birthday or anniversary etc., please get in touch by email sales@coellieacbakes.com prior to placing your order. We will try our best to accommodate for such events.
How long do the brownie and blondie slabs last?
Our slabs last for a week and are best kept refrigerated once received. We are unable to tell much difference between a fresh batch and those a week old.
Why is postage so much?
Postage costs have actually been subsided so they don't cost our customers as much as it costs us. We use Royal Mail's 24 hour delivery so that they arrive with you as fresh as possible, which unfortunately, along with packaging itself, comes at a cost.
I have a problem with my order...
Please email us ASAP with the problem and we will do our best to rectify this as soon as possible. We may ask to be sent photos showing the problem if its an issue with a delivered order, as it may be we can sort something our end to prevent such happening in future. Unfortunately we do not take returns.
