Biscoff inspired Fudge Blondie

Here is our caramel blondie, with caramelised biscuit fudge topped with Cadbury’s Caramilk and a caramelised biscuit. 

We use Nairn’s ‘Caramalised Biscuits’ to ensure this is completely gluten free whilst being inspired by Biscoff. The Nairn biscuits bring in more ginger and cinnamon flavours which differ from a Biscoff, but we can’t get enough of it!
